I can’t connect to my skate 3 because of my Xbox live disconnectin

I can’t figure out how to reconnect or download a nother Xbox account because I’ve tried mine my friends and my sisters and I have also looked it up on you tube and nothing pops up plus it says go to account .live.com and I don’t know what to do with that either

    Hi there, @epickato.

    You should be able to just log into the gamertag you've played Skate on previously. It looks like you're using the right account. What exactly is happening when you try to log in to Skate 3?
