I can’t play online even know everything is fine

Hi I can’t play online even though the servers are up and my internet is fine, i’ve restarted my Xbox multiple times and I still can’t connect. I need help please.

    Sorry for the delay, as Skate 3 is part of the backwards compatibility program now its servers are managed by Microsoft and not EA. You'll want to reach out to them for assistance on this.
