I can't access online skate 3

I just started online skate 3 and I wanted to look at the community parks but it says that it can't connect to the servers. So I start trying to check out other features and it still says that the page can't be loaded or try to connect again so I restarted my game and tried again but it still says that it can't connect. I signed up on an ea account but I don't have an origin account. It's really irritating that I can't play online. Please help me
