I can't be the only one sick of it

Why is the tutorial so **bleep** long? Not only that, if I have the option to choose, I am a returning player, why do I not also have the option to skip this dog **bleep** tutorial? 3 times now I've been pushed away from the game I thought I would love because this tutorial is so boring, repetitive, and quite simply put, annoying.
