I cant get into the game

I have tried to get into the game for 2 days now. I have tried everything including uninstalling the game restaring pc multiple times. i have also cleared the cache i have uninstalled the anti cheat. i have done everything but the game still wont start.

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700F

16gb ram

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti

    Does it start and crash or it doesnt open at all?

    The game opens for like 10 seconds. and then it closes it self
