From the Social & Spectate menu, scroll over to the settings tab and change Quick Drop Visibility to Friends and Party or Mine Only.
Or from the Quick Drop menu, press the button displayed in the bottom left to open settings, scroll to the bottom and change Quick Drop Visibility to Friends and Party or Mine Only.
