My game appears as corrupted in the Xbox 360 console

Hi I bought skate 3 in Mexico didn't really get to play it, now I moved to Canada and won loaded the game on my Xbox 360 account and it says that the game is corrupted. Now I talked to the guys on Mic...

Hi thank you the quick reply, yeah they told me sometimes games you buy come with a country restriction of some kind. So when you move from Mexico to Canada like I did. The market or Xbox might think the game is corrupted. Yes I can download it , but it doesn't show on my games and it appears as corrupted on the hard drive file.

    Have you contacted Xbox Support while you were in Mexico or in Canada?

    Can you tell us your region? Have you contacted the Xbox Support

      Yes. I have contacted xbox support. they told me to send pictures of what happened.

      I got the games installed and downloaded in Mexico. but now I live in the US and they don't work. this is the case for 2 games only, HALO 3 and FIFA 14.

      support told me they were going to take this to someone who has more knowledge.

      Yes I did talk to Microsoft and they tried to help me. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do since it was something that had to do with the provider and not with Microsoft. And they suggested to contac you. I just want to know if there's any way I can play my game still.

        Sorry for those troubles with the game download. What region are you in? Have you power cycled your console?  Your issue is exactly the same, as other users in this thread described?
