I've performed some checks but I see nothing wrong with the servers at the moment.
Not sure if the issue was just a temporary problem or not.
Are you currently able to use online features on Skate 3?

I'm still here... And you have failed to respond to me or anyone else regarding the issue. It's been close to a year. Why do you continue to fail at your job and treat your customers WHO ALREADY PURCHASED YOUR GAME like the way one has come to expect EA to do? You can't do it? Then man up and tell us you cant do it. Give us a refund or fix the game.
