Why Should He Have To By A New One When It Says That You Get One With The Game?.. It Sounds Like We Are Getting Ripped Of To Me. Surely If He Sent You An Email With The Code And You Checked If It Was Really Valid Or Not You Could Refund Him Because You Are Besically Giving Out False Information If The Player is Not Getting Everything He Has Payed For And Is Being Told To Pay For It Again.

Maybe you misunderstood the way it's working.

If you purchased a brand new copy of the game you don't need to get a new code it is indeed included.

However, if you got a second hand copy of the game the code could have been used by the previous player, in this situation you can then buy a new  code.

According to the description of your situation here: Skate 3 Share Pack  the copy of your game is new. In this case if the code is not working, we provided here (Available on a sticky) all information about share pack code errors.
