No dlc in skate 3

Hi

I'm having a problem with my Skate 3 game. I'm running cech-4303c playstation console which I bought here in Iceland.

The game is marked region 2. For some reason I am not able to get any DLC like "after dark" which should be free.

I have asked both EA and sony for help but no one is able to help me out.

When I start the game the Skate.Feed shows up with news and everything. When I hit R2 to show content there are no messages.

and when I hit R2 again it shows me the history of trophy's I've gathered.

I continue to the game by pressing Start, then start again to go to the Career > Main end in the right hand top corner besides the pink square

it says Downloadable Content. I would sure like to download the After Dark DLC for example. So I hit the pink square button on my SIXAXIS controller.

There is No Downloadable content available for which you are eligible.

WHY?! I think I did everything right.  Is the console a different region than the game? is my DNS server up to some evil plans?

I've been trying to figure this out on and off by myself for the past few years. As I said I've tried to contact both support teams EA and Sony.

Sony tells me to talk to the guy here in Iceland (there is only one guy that orders the games for the entire island, or so goes the story hahaha)

Oli, or Olafur, said I should send him the game and I would get a new one.

The problem is that I got the game as a Christmas present from my parents so I don't have the recede. And that was actually because the

Skate Share Pack code I got with the game was used. but that problem is solved 🙂

I would really like to download the After Dark DLC for this game. And if there are some more DLC's I don't know of I would be glad to purchase them...
