My son is trying to play this on xbox 360 all of his parental controls are correct allowing him to play anything! He can even play live with GTA! Everytime he tries to go online with skate 3 EA box c...

This is an Underage Error.
This is caused by a problem with the Date of Birth on the Xbox LIVE account, which was entered during registration.
Unfortunately, our team is unable to assist with errors of this nature as they originate with your Xbox and its configuration, rather than the game being played.
