Joshua Hua, well I can do some research on this for you. But the 360 version will run on the xbox 1 now, that could be what caused a hold up.
Joshua Yea as of now we dont have any info on a X1 version of this game but it looks to be that it is backwards compatible for the X1 using the 360 version

Joshua Its backwards compatible, so the 360 game will install to the Xbox and can be played on there.
