Hey could you please check my gamer tag ROORLAX I still can't join or view teams or edit skaters or anything like that. The only online service that works is quick join.

Your GamerTag and Origin account are not linked.

You have to link them in order to access online features.

Make sure your PSN ID / GamerTag is properly linked to your EA/Origin Account especially if you have recently change your email address.
Directions for adding your PSN or Xbox Live ID to your EA Account can be found here.

Also don't forget to download and install the Share pack code for free.
The share pack code is now available for free in the PlayStation Store and Xbox LIVE Marketplace.
