Still no communication, let alone a solution to the problem.

So, the game's discounted digitally at the moment, what's the likelihood anyone answers this question before it's back up to full price? My bet is 0% chance.
Come on EA, give us an answer. I just bought the dlc that I didn't own yet, so how about showing some customer service!

    Seriously, None of you can/are able to look into this issue?
    People have paid to play these games, and if the online features get disrupted, messed up or partially broken, you should care about customers and fix it.

    If you can't maintain the servers working 100%, maybe you should reboot/rebuild them to work again or warn the players that features don't work 100% on the "service updates" page.

      Hi all,

      Thanks for your patience with this and apologies for not getting back to you sooner.

      Some online multiplayer features are not available through the backwards compatibility program.

      For online functionality you should be able to access the following:

      • Join Quick matches online
      • Leaderboards
      • Download content (free Skate Share Pack)

      You won't be able to:

      • Create or Join an Online Team
      • Connect to “skate online service”
      • Stats and Achievements tabs on Profile are blank

        Backwards comatibility?! That's and Xbox one thing.

        The features don't work at all in PLAYSTATION 3 and they should work.

        What can you say about that?
