Hi!I (and several friends) have been trying unsuccessfully to do anything with the team functions of skate 3. When looking around for information on the issue, I have found that the servers for the logo and video part of the game have been closed, but no mention of the team stuff.As the game is now playable on the xbox one, I thought I would try and get an official answer so...Is there any reason I cannot get into a Team freeskate (with 6-players )?Thanks in advance!

Still nothing.Am I asking in the wrong forum?Seems like pretty bad customer support, over two weeks and not even a "we're investigating the problem" non answer.If the team servers are no longer available (like skate.reel etc) add that information to the pinned topics, if it is a temporary issue, just say so. I feel this is a simple problem to give me an answer to, and have no idea why I am being ignored. I am not demanding a new skate game/remaster/servers being turned back on or anything costly to EA, please just some information.

Another week passes.Still no communication, let alone a solution to the problem.Unbelievable.

I approached them yesterday on chat, they weren't really helpful, kind of pointing that it was on my end, gave me options that I already knew and tried countless times. Then I tried to see if the twitter account @EAHelp knew any better, which I'm not making any progress at the moment. I loved this game on 360 and got it on BC because of it, and enjoyed it when I did, but that plummeted when I wanted to get the online achievements. I am really annoyed they haven't given players the updates they are looking for into the online services working. PLEASE REPLY EA!

Backwards comatibility?! That's and Xbox one thing.

The features don't work at all in PLAYSTATION 3 and they should work.

What can you say about that?

Thanks for the reply Andy, very much appreciated.
But the team functions don't work on the 360 either, so I don't think it's a problem with the BC version on the XBO. Has the required server been shutdown? If it has, why was there no warning?

At least they could say that they don't care and we should never give them a cent in the future.

It's crazy, how many moderators on these forums there are, but no one can be bothered to answer the very simple question:

WHY DON'T THE SERVERS WORK FOR THE ONLINE TEAM?

Please someone find out what's going on!
