I have been having the almost same issue for five years, on top of that my account now comes up with been Invaild EA help has not helped at all!
I can sign in on my Laptop, computer and Ipad but everytime i try on my xbox 360, PS3, Xbox one, PS4 i get Invaild account all use the same email address
i can not play any games online to do with EA. EA.help doesnt help, online chat i was told i had to call an Inernational number, which is a ph call i can't afford,
Pleeeease just give me an e-mail to contact a game advisor for christ's sake! I don't want to call anyone or be called, that sucks!
I want to link my PSN and gamertag but you're making it really difficult....!
At some pointed I wanted to change the e-mail address of my old PSN EA account. That did not work because of some error..
Now I opened an EA account on XBox live with the new e-mail address. NOW I want to link that one to the old PSN account. I already installed the Origin client but am unsure what to do next..
Furthermore, I can't even find the PSN account when I try to look for it on Origin. It's called Cowabunga12
If you contact me privately, I'll tell you the e-mail I used to set up that account, so maybe you can check what you could do. The account still HAS to be there, as I used it just 2 months ago.
