It depends if you bought a new copy of the game, or if it is a second-hand copy of the game and the code has been used.
For those who bought the game new, the code to activate Skate Share is in the insert of the SKATE 3 box copy.
For those who need a code, if the code has been used previously by the previous owner, the only way to purchase one will be via the in-game store for $9.99 or 800 MS points.
