For information on linking a new account or unlinking an older account from EA, check out our help articles below. Please be aware there are permanent changes that occur when you link or unlink an account, which is further described in the links below.  

 

To unlink an account you will need to be able to log into your EA Account Portal and then navigate to the connected accounts under the "connections" tab.

    This doesn't work. It says there are no accounts linked. When clicking to link to Xbox it then goes to a page saying you can't connect to your Xbox account because it is already linked to a disabled account. There is no option to unlink from a disabled account.

    Don't mark post as a solution when clearly it isn't. EA should drop this account login entirely from Xbox & PS5. No other games have this complicated nonsense.
