Skate. - Why isn't it nighttime in Sanvan for Halloween?

I really like Halloween decorations and masks, and I'm even really excited, even with the music XD, but it's not nighttime T.T And I'd like to take this opportunity to talk about some bugs I sometimes get when editing objects other people add. And I don't know if it's just me, but after a while of playing SKATE, the street turns black.
