Skate 2 DLC installed but not unlocked.

I purchased the Time is money DLC for the xbox it shows as installed but the content is not unlocking. I contacted xbox and did their troubleshooting to no avail. I then called EA and waited on hold for 2 hours and gave yet to get any help. Anyone have by ideas?

    Have you tried to link your GamerTag to your Origin ID?

    It maybe won't solve this issue but maybe it will help.

    At the moment, your account does not show skate 2 as registered.

    I guess you've already tried to re-download and re-install the DLC right?
