Skate 3 & EA Nation connection

everytime we try to connect to online, ( EA Nation ) it says the server is not available, try later?????

How do I sign into the ea nation in skate 3 beacuse it says I’m not old enough when i actually am old enough please someone help me

You need to contact EA Help https://help.ea.com to verify your account details. 

And if your Gamertag/PSN is properly linked to your EA Account, you may need to adjust your console parental settings.
