If you are having difficulties to connect to skate online service please try the following solutions:
- Try re downloading/ re installing the Share pack code for free.
The share pack code is now available for free in the PlayStation Store and Xbox LIVE Marketplace. - Make sure your PSN ID / GamerTag is properly linked to your EA/Origin Account especially if you have recently change your email address.

I tried to do everything that you say, but nothing changed. Besides the link to download the share pack on PSN is not working. After click on the link I always get de message "Page not found"

I really tried to do everything like delete the game and re-instal the game and updates, I cleared de cache and linked my accounts, but nothing works. I still can't connect to play the modes related to teams. Besides that, the link to download the Share Pack on PSN is not working. Could you help ?
