Hello! Ive purchased Skate 3 from eshop (new with skate share pack and non used code) then Ive purchased San Van Party Play DLC from PS Store and when ive downloaded it and installed in-game was nothing new (same with skate share pack). When in-game i try to download/buy/install from the downloadable content the DLCs it says: "There is no downloadable content available for which you are eligible." Then Ive created US PSN acc andwhen i tried it it will normally work but I must buy the DLCs again for dollars ... Is there any possible way to play it from my EU czech republic account?

Here are some suggestions regarding this issue.

On your PS3 please double check the other account  users and also  thy with a new user.
This solution worked for this player (Skate forums)

However the most probable cause of this issue is the region locking.

For users who are unable to access their DLC, it could likely be due to the PS3 region locking downloadable content.

 What this means is that players who purchase DLC from a different region than that of their Game Disc will be unable to access their DLC from within the game.
