Skate 3 error message

I play on Xbox and can play skate 3 single player but when i try to play multiplayer a message pops up that says “your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox live multiplayer functionality” I have Xbox game pass ultimate. What could be the reason for this?

    Hi @Zachmo123, To confirm are you subbed to Game Pass on the Xbox account your playing on, or on another account on the device?
