Skate 3 for PS3 still supported?

Hi,

Are online community parks still supported for Skate 3 on PS3? My son is trying to access it, and is constantly getting connection error to EA Online. We have (or at least, we belive we have...) linked EA and PSN accounts correctly, and downloaded/puchased the relevant Share Pack.
