it is not letting me import any of my friends skaterr it is just showing a deafult caracter i have all the delcys but it is not working

I I click import skater but it puts the default skater instead of my friends

- It's been a year and you still didn't fix the glitch there are a lot of people that like this game and still play it by you guys not doing anything you guys are letting the people's hope die you can at least fix this simple bug
