it is not letting me import any of my friends skaterr it is just showing a deafult caracter i have all the delcys but it is not working

We've informed the Team about these issues with online features.
They are currently investigating, hopefully we'll be able to provide you with an update soon.

I I click import skater but it puts the default skater instead of my friends

when I try to import a skater it shows everyone skater as the default skater and when I go back to the game it shows somebody decked out in grey

My import skater still isn't working and we are in 2017 I'm soooo angry it's just putting the default character as one of my friends and it doesn't work and is July I'm sending a file complaint
