Skate 3 no share pack code?! WHY?! BRAND NEW GAME!

Hi i just got a BRAND NEW Skate 3 for the xbox 360. i bought it from gamestop and i was looking for my share pack code and i cannot find it! im really upset ive been calling EA for 2 days now and still have not spoken to a representative. I should recieve my code for free when skate 3 first came out i had the game but i gott a new xbox live and xbox so i got it again and theres no code... Ive called, tried to chat (waited for literally 2 days, nobody came) and now im trying this. im not paying for this code because it should have came free please answer my questions.
