Skate 3 Not old enough for online error

Hi! I can't play online on skate 3 because it says I am not old enough. This has not been an issue with any other EA games I have bought. This is the message: "Thank you for your interest. We're sorry, but you are not old enough to access EA's Online Features. Please continue to enjoy all of the other great features in your game." If anyone has had this problem and knows how to solve it please help! Oh and I have set it so EA and Microsoft (I am on Xbox 360) think I am 39.

    I've had the same problem can't play anything I've found plenty of soulutions none work for me.
