Skate 3 online doesn't work.

Whenever I try to go into the online challenge map to play with friends, it says, ' Your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access xbox live multiplayer functionality.'

Im connected to xbox live and have been playing online for the past week or two, and it was fine?  Also for the past few weeks nobody could download community skateparks....? Please fix this.
