Skate 3 Parks Download PS3

I’m on PS3 playing Skate 3 and it seems like I can connect fine to online stuff, but when the game first loads and tries to connect online it says no online connection try again later, and it says the same thing when I try to go to community creations. The online challenge map and stuff seems to be workin fine though. Are community creations like custom parks not supported anymore?
