skate 3 problem on ps3

Hi, Since 3 days I'm trying to play the skateparks of the community but everytimes it writes that it's impossible to connect to the services I looked on many forum and didn't find my problem, it does the same thing on the flux on the start of the game I tried to delete download skate share and I did the pthers things that you mentionned like "make sure that you're psn account is connect with ea and all that stuff but still don't works... Plz help me!! 

P.S. Hope you understood cuz I'm french...
