Skate 3 PS3 Ranked Team servers down?

Goodevening,

Are the ranked team servers down for Skate 3? Every time i tried to find a team i got an error saying: Problem connecting to EA online service.

It has been like this for a month but the other online stuff seems to work like uploading photos and playing against other players.

Is this temporary or a definitive shutdown?
