Servers are up and running. Please make sure your PSN ID / GamerTag is properly linked to your EA/Origin Account. Also, try re downloading/ re installing the Share pack code for free. The share pack code is now available for free in the PlayStation Store and Xbox LIVE Marketplace.
well mine says I'm not old enough to access ea features and before it says the servers are not available

You might just need to age your EA Account https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/aging-up-an-origin-account-to-an-adult-account
