Skate 3 Share code Missing from my New Skate 3

Hi, i purchased a brand new Skate 3 game and when i took the plastic off and opened the game, the Skate Share code was not found within the area it was said to be stored (where booklet is). I then went online to see what i could do about this situation seeing as how i enjoy skate and this would be a major turning point if i couldnt get custom parks and graphics. When i got online and on the EA help website i went to the contact us area of the site and followed the instructions to here. Ive seen other posts about this same issue and i followed the directions that were posted in response to there original post. It seemed to be an endless loop of going from the Contact us tab to this site. Is there any way that i can actually get this resolved and not send in a circle?
