skate 3 share pack data problem

So i recently created a new account on my ps3 and when i started playing skate 3 since it was a new account i had to restart so when i unlocked the skate park feature i wanted to download a community park but when i tried to it said "you have already purchased the skate share pack, however the data cannot be found. would you like to redownload and install the downloadable content?" so i clicked yes and it downloaded but i tried again and it said the same thing. ive redownloaded it at least 20 times now and it still says the same thing every time. what do i do!?

    I believe your previous PSN ID is linked to your EA/Origin account which means you can't link another PSN ID. 

    If your console IDs are connected to different EA Accounts or to an incorrect account, it is possible to have an EA Advisor transfer certain items for you. However, doing so can result in permanently losing data from your EA Account, console account, or both. You can find more details on the risks of persona transfers here.

    Alternatively, you can contact an EA Advisor.
