Skate 3 Share Pack Free?

I was looking all over online and in the forums trying to find out but had no avail. A friend of mine is trying to play on my skate parks with me but he doesn't have the share pack. I bought it when it was still $9.99 (a rip off btw when it was free when the game first came out) and I found in one of the forums some community manager said that the share pack is now available for free again. I can't seem to find it anywhere online or on the Playstation Store and I'm wondering if it was taken off or if there's any way I can get a code or access to it for my homeboy :\
