I have only been playing the game for a few weeks and just tried using the Team and skate.reel functions around 10 days ago. The other parts of the online still seem to function OK, but not the team stuff and upload/s/downloads of community created material.
I do have the Skate Share Pack downloaded through the in game menu if that was going to be a follow up question. 🙂
According to the trophy tracking website that I use (PSNProfiles.com), people were able to regularly earn the trophies for uploading/rating of community items up until July 12th/13th, which is around the time I tried using it for the first time. No one has apparently been able to earn those trophies since then, which would lead me to believe that this issue is common amongst all players.
One more thing to note. There also seems to have been a hard stop on the viral trophy 'Gone Viral' which is obtained for playing online with another player who has already earned this trophy. Several of the people I played online with on Saturday 7/18 had this trophy, but I did not receive it. PSNProfiles.com shows that between 1-5 people received that viral trophy in Skate 3 each and every day in July up until July 12th and then no one has received it since. Not sure if that's a related issue, but maybe it will help in troubleshooting,
