Skate 3 Xbox live

Ok so I downloaded Skate 3 on my Xbox series X and when I got to the game I tried playing and it said “Your gamer profile is not signed in. you will not be able to save your game progress or access Xbox LIVE. Certain features will not be available. Do you wish to sign in to your gamer profile now?” So I pressed the option Yes and it took me to the sign in option with my gamer tag and I pressed “A” on it then it started to load and it said “signing in” with a loading sign and the it said “Sorry, this profile can’t connect to Xbox Live on this console. To fix it, download it again.” So I did end up downloading it again and it said the same thing so I checked if there was any reason why I couldn’t access my Xbox live account on Skate 3 like checking my age, seeing if I have Xbox game pass or Xbox live and I just got the Xbox yesterday and bought Xbox Gamepass. My Xbox live works on everything else but this game so I’m looking for some help
