Skate 3 xbox360 party play not unlocked!

I recently purchased Skate 3 via xbox live and purchased the san van party pack to unlock the party play mode. The game registers that the DLC is installed but there is no party play option. 

This being the only reason I bought the DLC, I am quite perturbed. 

Please Help!

    Same i also got it of Xbox live recently and I can't get it to unlock

    Having the exact same issue (I also have the digital version), tried redownloading the DLC and the Skate Share pack and still no luck.

    I also have the exact same problem. 
    i kinda feel scamed by ea. 

    they really should look into this. people are paying money for something they dont get.
    show a little respect for  your customers and fix this.
