Skate 4. What's really stopping you?

Thank you for your interest towards the skate fanbase. So you can tell the game will definitely sell. People are continually waiting in anticipation and no announcement at E3 caused widespread uproar. I've been following your answers to others on this thread and it seems like the way you're talking is that there is a possibility of production. SO what could be stopping it? 

- Lack of funding? (kickstarter's are guaranteed to already have been started)

- Lack of big name Celebrity skateboarders to back the next instalment? (e.g; Rob Dyrdek, Danny Way, Chris Cole, Paul Rodriquez)

- Lack of game developers that were involved in the first 4 games?
