When I go to the Skate 3 website on my mac, i can't access the skate create virtual web tool. Help please?

The decisions to retire online features are never easy. Our web development team and operational staff have poured their hearts into this game almost as much as the customers using them, and it is hard to see them retired. But the number of players still enjoying Skate has dwindled to a point where it’s no longer feasible to continue the behind-the-scenes work involved with keeping these websites up and running. We hope you have gotten many hours of enjoyment out of Skate.Reel and Skate.Graphics and we appreciate your ongoing patronage.

bloody hell im so annoyed....alot of people have spent many hours on skate create including me making logos and garaphics.....you could of at least put a notice on their a week before to say its stopping like element search and win............they better bring it back
Why? That is an awful buisness decision. You are a multi million dollar company, im sure running a graphic creating site wont destroy the profits you milk from everyone. At least dont advertise skate.create on the game if it doesn't exist. I am never buying an EA game ever again, unless you bring it back. Screw you.
So basically; EA screwed us over, and those of us that actually bought the skate.create upgrade pack wasted our money. Is that fair to say?

You have to fix this. Is there any way you can create a patch that allows users to save skate 3 clips directly to the xbox hard drive?
Having an online account like this seems clunky and rudimentary. Hopefully, even if you can't fix this with skate 3, skate 4 is much better with its sharing.

Closing from things in Skate 1 & 2 I can imagine. But for 3 it is not as there is no newer version of Skate. I hope those servers are put back on or a Skate 4.
Then why is it still being advertised on the site where it should be?
Many people, such as myself, have paid for this DLC and I do believe we are entitled to be able to use it. It was a great service and I along with many paople love to get our footsge off of online.
the ea people should put it up a couple days or weeks a year at least

I'm getting sick of being treated like a puppet by EA on every game that I purchase from them. Skate 3 is an amazing game, and I find it ridiculous that things like the graphics creator and highlight reel were removed. Not to mention the fact that players purchase DLC to make themselves look as they please to show off their characters and/or parks to their friends to find out that no one can see what they look like, or play on the bloody park. If you continue treating customers the way you, do ripping us off on every game such as Skate, or Battlefield 3, you will lose a lot of support fast. Battlefield 4 will determine whether or not I will buy any more of your games. Hopefully my money is well spent on that game and any DLC I purchase on there at least.
