We’re sorry to see that you’ve encountered this issue.
First of, make sure you are signed into either a Xbox Gamertag or PS3 Online ID in order to send your graphic to the game.
Please try to send your graphics from both interfaces: Graphic Creator Tool with the option in the drop down menu and also from the Gallery (you have to publish your Graphic to do so).
You should see a link "Send to game" on the on the "details" tab.
Also make sure your EA account is associated to your Xbox Gamertag or PS3 Online ID otherwise you will not be able to send your graphics.
This still not clear as what to do after this has been done.
