unable to connect to skate servers (xbox one)

Hello recently the game skate 3 has been released for xbox one and on the first day i played it everything seemed to go smoothly but after only one night i am now not allowed to connect to EA nation and i was wondering if there was anyway of being helped or if there is any way of fixing this problem.

    Hello @Dismalcone 

    Are you still unable to get online? Have you checked your Internet connection? Restarting your console might also do the trick to get you back into game.

    I also cannot connect I brought the game a few years ago,2 or 3, and shortly after moved to Xbox one. I was hoping skate 3 would release to Xbox one and had been ever since I moved to Xbox one, now that it has it is a real shame I am unable to download parks and are missing a huge chunk of gameplay due to my inability to connect to the servers. I have tried restarting my Xbox, but I had no effect and am struggling to think of ideas that will fix my issue as it seems to be getting no better.

    Same here. Also on xbox one.
