"Unable to retrieve profile"
Whenever I go into unranked on skate to and attempt to find a match it immediately says unable to retrieve profile please try again. I click ok and reattempt to find a match same issue happens repeti...

When going to unranked match it gives me an error message within a few seconds selecting map saying "Unable to retrieve profile" . This has been going on for months now and is not getting resolved. This has ultimately deterred me from playing online skate 2 because I cannot select map or game mode without the message. Another user said they were experiencing this aswell on the playstation but I am experiencing it also on the xbox 360. I attached an image displaying the issue.
