under age on skate 3
My son cannot play on line with skate three. Ea say it's to do with the date of birth on x box live account but that has my age so it should work. Have tried to change date of birth on origin site but...

how can EA take parental controls into there own hands.. let us parents do the parenting...only way to do it is to erase the kids account and make them start all over in every single game just to play i would think that this should be illegal to do this...
only way to fix i heard is to make a new account and make them 21 or older... but then they lose all there trophies and everything on the old name.. its the Date of birth.. and its also not changeable..

EA you know its your error but you refuse to fix it. People on this forum that are 35 years old and cannot play due to the underage error have asked you for help, with no reply from you. ITS A GLITCH. Fix it.
Some people just type a random date of birth when creating their account and we cannot take action on Xbox Accounts.

That doesn't explain why EA is bothering to check this at all. I mean pretty much literally no other publisher does. My son is having this problem as well, and he's never run into it with anything other than EA games. When you're the only one having a problem, it's you, EA.
