What happened to Skate 3 being backwards compatible on Xbox One?

What happened with Microsoft trying to make Skate 3 backwards compatible? Its been a really long time since Microsoft announced it. And from what I have seen, why haven't you announced it? P.S. Mic...

It's dead bud. EA is quietly shutting down all the services for Skate 3. I'm surprised they're even leaving these posts up at this point. Probably just don't want to start a riot.
