Why can you play skate 3 on Xbox one, but not ps4?

@kenny1er Backward compatibility is down to the platform owner, it is Microsoft who decides what games are available to play through backward compatibility on the system. I would love to see Skate 3 on the PS4 but for now, I am not aware of any plans to bring it to the platform. Should I hear anything I'll let you know.
