why i cant play online in skate 3?

Why cant i play online?

My Microsoft account says im 30 witch i am but when i try to play online on skate 3 is says "Thank you for your interest but we are sorry you are to young to play" or something like that but i dont get it my EA&nbsp;account says im 30 and so does my Microsoft account so why cant i play online in skate 3?
