Why isn’t Skate 2 available to purchase on Xbox store?
Game was just added to the backwards compatibility lineup on Xbox One and Series consoles, but I can’t buy it from the Xbox store, unlike the original Skate or Skate 3.

It’s because the songs in there are copyrighted and ea would have to renew ALL the contracts to those songs. They did it with skate 1 and 3 because they still had the contracts I’m pretty sure. And if you want to get you have to go the the 360 store
It is not possible to buy the Skate 2 game even though it is compatible with the new Xbox ONE and Series consoles
